DMCA Policy

Target Hunters respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Site by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement.

1. DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement

To file a notice, please provide our Copyright Agent with a written communication that includes the following:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.

  2. Identification of the material that you claim is infringing (including the specific URL or location on the Site where the material is located).

  3. Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address.

  4. A statement that you have a “good faith belief” that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

  6. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

2. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification. It must include:

  • Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared.

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

Target Hunters takes copyright infringement seriously. We reserve the right to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers or who are repeatedly charged with infringement.
